AFFORDABLE

Affordable housing has emerged as a housing category that can bridge the many divides that exist between social and economic groups in U.S. cities. Affordable housing creates diverse neighborhoods: with people of different ethnicities, ages, and incomes, living where they can be close to their jobs, stores, schools, and the amenities of urban life.

We design this housing to take its cue from the character and patterns of the cities in which they are built: housing that shows people they are part of the continuity of life, part of a larger whole, not separate. Our significant experience has given us the tools to spend stringent budgets well while creating living environments recently commended by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Department as “exemplary of the best of Hope VI efforts nationally.”
