Our approach to interior design is an extension of our architectural and planning
work, and it has the same objective: to support human well-being. We believe
that people should be the final measure of interior space. We plan, scale, and
select every element with that idea as our primary guide.
We draw on structure and surface, natural and artificial light, path and space, to
form interiors that are functional and intelligible. We are attentive to human
physiology, psychology and the sensory effects of texture, color, and sound; and we
select furniture and materials that are meaningful: that engage in a dialogue
between function, space, history, and culture.
