In support of New Haven's surging high tech and bio technology tenancy, Newman Architects was commissioned to design the revitalization of a 520,000 square foot, 1959 landmark building in the city's downtown region. Our renovation provides new exterior skin, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, common areas, bathrooms, ADA compliance, elevator upgrades, asbestos abatement, life safety, and an energy management system to accommodate the sophisticated and wide-ranging needs of the building's occupants.
