Residence hall renovation is a field we understand well, and one in which we have a national reputation. For over forty years we have been restoring, adapting, and quietly adding to the living environments at many universities - above ground and below, inside and out.

We have built spaces to accommodate growth and new needs in attics and basements, on roofs and under gardens and courtyards. In the course of this work, we have analyzed the building fabric, reversed the effects of years of deferred maintenance, introduced energy‐efficient systems, improved life safety, and returned building after building to sound condition.
