Presented to the City Plan Commission via a virtual Public Hearing, the project will transform a vacant riverfront stretch in the Westville neighborhood of New Haven into an exciting new mixed-use development. The project will feature 129 residential units, ground floor commercial and dining, and outdoor community spaces that tie into a multi-use pathway along the West River.
