Halstead Station Wins Bronze from Multi-Housing News 2020 Excellence Awards

Congratulations to our team on winning Bronze for Best Amenities and Best Value-Add Renovation for Halstead Station from the Multi-Housing News 2020 Excellence Awards! This 24-story residential renovation in New Rochelle, NY went through a total transformation, including a ground floor reconfiguration that can now accommodate a leasing office and recreational space for residents. Additional amenities include a gym, game room, children’s room, casual meeting and work space, and a 6,000 square foot outdoor amenity garden with pool and lounge areas.
