Our team recently gathered at UConn to celebrate the opening of Connecticut Hall with the University’s leadership, students, and alumni, as well as State Representatives.

Newman worked in a design-build partnership with KBE for the new seven-story, 465,000 square foot residence and dining hall, with Sasaki as Bridging Architect. The building houses 650 beds in suite-style units for UConn Honors Program students, the Nursing Learning program, and the Wellness Community. The building also contains 500-seat dining hall, reception area, common areas, seminar rooms, flex spaces, offices, laundry, mail room, game room and bike storage.
