Newman partnered with a leading regional healthcare organization to transform an existing retail space in Avon, CT, into specialty outpatient medical offices. Our integrated team led the interior fit out, lighting design, and exterior upgrades for the 5,000 square foot facility. The new spaces connect to an existing clinic location with a welcoming reception and waiting area, exam and treatment rooms, and staff and provider offices—creating a cohesive, efficient, and patient-centered care environment.
