Newman partnered with Skala Partners on The Olmsted, a new premium apartment building on a wooded site adjacent to Batterson Park Pond. The ten-acre site adjacent to the Pond View Corporate Center offers residents a unique natural setting convenient to I-84 and just ten minutes from the University of Connecticut’s medical campus. Plentiful indoor and outdoor amenities support 204 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

Interior amenities, designed as a collaboration with Beinfield Architecture, include a cardio and athletic studio, social hall, dining room, parlor, lounge, butler's kitchen, great hall, study, boardroom, and canine spa.
